Abstract
⺠Presents a modified Potts (Monte Carlo) model to increase the driving pressure. ⺠Takes into account and modulates a grain size factor by modifying the site energy. ⺠Use of an EBSD map (IF steel) as input data; compare simulations with real data. ⺠This new model allows the control of the kinetics and reduces the calculation time. ⺠Grain size and orientation distributions in good agreement with reality (IF steel).
