Abstract
⺠A continuum model is developed for determining the thermal conductivity of CNT. ⺠The thermal conductivity of CNTs is a function of temperature and chirality. ⺠The thermal conductivity of CNT (10, 10) at 300 K is predicted as 9750 W/mK. ⺠The phonon mean free path and the thermal conductivity increase with chiral number.
