Abstract
⺠A ductile-brittle fracture model was proposed based on microvoid growth. ⺠A damage variable was obtained based on microvoid growth. ⺠A finite element program was developed. ⺠The analyses of microdamage for tensile specimens were carried out. ⺠Simulation results showed good agreement with the experimental ones.
