Abstract
► Plasticity induced by martensitic transformation (TRIP) in steels is considered. ► Different viewpoints: experimental, analytical and numerical modelling. ► Large set of new tests: pre-hardening, gradually varying load during transformation. ► The displacive-based modelling appears to be the most promising. ► An extension of the existing model is proposed to improve its predicting potential.
