Abstract
⺠An interface crack interacts with microcracks in FGM/homogeneous bimaterials. ⺠The bimaterial is subjected to a thermal flux and tension. ⺠Analytical formulae for stress intensity factors (SIFs) are obtained. ⺠Inhomogeneity parameters of FGMs notably affect SIFs for the interface crack.
