Abstract
⺠A numerical microstructure coupling grain size and orientation was generated. ⺠An elastic visco-plastic constitutive model coupling grain size and orientation was proposed. ⺠Three different cases of different grain size and orientation distribution were proposed. ⺠FEM were carried out to quantitative analysis the coupled grain size and orientation effects.
