Abstract
⺠We predict the point defects resulting from decay of Sr-90 into Zr-90 in SrTiO3. ⺠The valence change from Sr to Zr reduces the oxidation state of lattice Ti. ⺠Polyvalent nonradioactive constituents may help stabilize nuclear waste forms.
