Abstract
⺠We have investigated mechanical properties of dependence on multi-grain thin film. ⺠Simulation results show that hardening rate and yield stress of thin film depend on GB density. ⺠The distributions of slip system mediate the yield property of thin film. ⺠The simulation results reveal linear relationship between normalized yield stress and GB density.
