Abstract
⺠Irradiation hardening is estimated by atomistic and dislocation dynamics analyses. ⺠Molecular dynamics is used to assess effect of irradiation on edge dislocation in Fe-10%Cr alloys. ⺠Irradiation effect is simulated by substitutional helium, voids and helium bubbles. ⺠Change in CRSS is estimated for various diameters of above obstacles. ⺠Flow stress is then found by DD simulation using CRSS for different values of dpa.
