Abstract

âº The electronic and optical properties of W-doped SnO2 were calculated. âº The W doing increases the electrical conductivity and the visible absorption. âº The formation possibility and the effects of defects were discussed. âº The high optical anisotropy in W-doped SnO2 was observed and analyzed.
