Abstract
⺠The evolution of the yield surface using a self-consistent model is described. ⺠A simplified interaction law is employed. ⺠The yield surface concept is considered for evaluating the model abilities. ⺠The initial and subsequent yield surfaces and their dependency on the grain shape are studied. ⺠The influence of three pre-loading on the subsequent yield surface evolution is also examined.
