Abstract
⺠Recrystallization during annealing subsequent to hot deformation was modeled. ⺠Grain boundary (GB) and particle stimulated nucleation (PSN) were considered. ⺠Pinning effect of dispersoids on recrystallization inhibition was incorporated. ⺠The general Monte Carlo approach was inconvenient for incorporating the effect. ⺠The pinning effect was incorporated into the Monte Carlo model using a new approach.
