Abstract
A parametric modelling technique is introduced to simulate the deformation behaviour of nonwoven materials The importance of fibre material properties with respect to bond point properties are shown Curliness of fibres and damage in bond points affect the mechanical behaviour As authors' knowledge, creep material properties are introduced for the first time for a nonwoven material.
