Abstract
⺠We model a 3D representative volume element of a polymeric porous material. ⺠We performed a D-optimal design of experiment campaign with seven variables. ⺠We estimate the influence of the variables on void growth, global stress and strain. ⺠Stress triaxiality and plastic strain at failure are the most influential variables. ⺠We provide design equations to estimate the outputs for a wide range of materials.
