Abstract
►The molecular based water mass per unit length of CNT assumption predicts much larger natural frequencies than those predicted by continuum based one. ►By increasing the flow velocity, the natural frequencies are decreased. ►The fundamental frequency decreases as aspect ratio increases at each flow velocity. ►SWCNTs with larger diameters have smaller fundamental frequencies. ►The fundamental frequency decreases as the nonlocal parameter magnitude increases.
