Abstract
⺠We present detail pass-by-pass simulations of the full manufacturing history of nozzle mock-ups. ⺠We show the importance of including the weld cap removal in the analysis. ⺠We show that the buttering process can be omitted in the analysis. ⺠We validate the current modelling procedure using the DHD and iDHD.
