Abstract
► Ferrotitanium has five phases - β-Ti and Ti-Fe-Al ternary are the main phases. ► Ferroniobium has two phases - Nb solid solution and μ-Fe7Nb6 phases. ► The μ-Fe7Nb6 phase has two morphologies - one heavily faulted.
