Abstract
⺠Nano-sized CeO2 was successfully prepared by three different emulsion methods. ⺠The colloidal emulsion aphrons method producing CeO2 with the highest surface area. ⺠The surface tensions of a cerium solution have slightly effect on the particle size. ⺠The size control could be interpreted in terms of the adsorption of the surfactant.
