Abstract
⺠Micro components with two set of microsize structures are fabricated. ⺠Linear shrinkage rate reaches the maximum at 1180 °C. ⺠The dense layer yields lower microindentation hardness than the substructure. ⺠Densification is promoted with size reduction of sintering body. ⺠The oxides and internal gas pressure cause the difference.
