Abstract
Results show that the recrystallization kinetic after cross rolling (CR) is slower than after the uni-directional rolling (UDR) deformation. Due to different nucleation and growth mechanisms, these samples showed different recrystallization textures. CR samples exhibited a strong brass recrystallization texture while UDR samples showed a combination of Goss, copper and recrystallized brass (326)ã835¯ã components.
