Abstract
The creep behavior of two Cu-2Â vol% TiC alloys prepared by reaction milling and extrusion are presented. Creep tests were performed at 773-1123Â K. The activation energy values between 109 and 156Â kJ/mol and the stress-exponent values between 3.1 and 6.3 indicated that no dispersion-strengthening effect occurred.
