Abstract
⺠This new steel consists ferritic matrix with very fine size inter phase precipitates. ⺠It consists high level of strength, ductility, fatigue, hole expansion and weldability. ⺠It provided a new path of high strength steel development. ⺠Wheels made with this steel passed required cornering fatigue test (CFT). ⺠Wheels made with this steel also passed required radial fatigue test (RFT).
