Abstract

âº Creep resistance of Mg-Sn alloy increases with Al and Si addition. âº Mg2Si is responsible for retarding grain boundary movement during creep. âº Creep resistance drastically reduced with increase in applied stress. âº Total creep life is significantly reduced with increase in applied stress.
