Abstract
⺠UTSs degrade about 170 MPa per 100 °C increase in temperature above 700 °C. ⺠Load-bearing effect of strip-like TiC is stronger than that with equiaxed shape. ⺠Increase in TiC volume fraction from 10% to 15% leads to enhancement in UTS. ⺠The contribution of matrix on UTS is dominant above 700 °C.
