Abstract
⺠Flow stress behavior of the MA'ed Al6063 based nano-composite was studied. ⺠Constitutive model has been developed for the prediction of flow stress. ⺠Hot workability is interpreted by processing maps based on DMM. ⺠Provide useful guidelines for the optimization of processing parameters. ⺠Flow instability regions identified and the mechanism was evaluated.
