Abstract
⺠Ti alloy superplastically embedded with HA has been deformed under high temperature. ⺠Microcracks and delaminations of HA show at certain areas as deformation degree is increased. ⺠Low magnification shows the surface of the sample is nearly identical. ⺠The HA structure is retained even after the deformation. ⺠HA layer is still strongly intact to the substrate surface.
