Abstract
► Subsurface deformation zone of a Zr-based BMG was examined at different temperatures. ► Inter-band spacing increases with increase in temperature. ► Shear band mediated plastic zone remains invariant with temperature. ► Contribution of homogeneous deformation to the total deformation increases with temperature. ► The increased contribution of homogeneous deformation is the reason for increase in pressure sensitivity of BMGs.
