Abstract
⺠Route BC gives higher static strength than route A for same number of passes. ⺠ECAPed samples are stronger and more ductile under compression than tension. ⺠Texture developed depends on the route used and amount of strain imposed. ⺠High cycle fatigue strength is improved with static strength. ⺠Details of microstructure developed during ECAP affects HCF strength.
