Abstract
⺠Microstructural morphologies of 2D C/SiC composites exposed to air oxidizing environments below 800 °C are simulated. ⺠The modulus degradation of a 2D C/SiC composite in air oxidizing environments is evaluated. ⺠The environmental parameters are studied to show their influences upon the oxidation behavior of 2D C/SiC composite.
