Abstract
⺠We studied the high temperature flow behavior of H62 brass over a wide range of temperature and strain rate. ⺠H62 brass exhibits typical DRX behaviors and β â α phase transformation. ⺠The effects of strain rate and temperature on hot deformation behavior could be represented by Zener-Hollomon parameter. ⺠The constitutive equation was developed after calculating the constants as functions of strain. ⺠The developed constitutive equation was reliable and almost all the errors are under 4.56%.
