Abstract
⺠The model is derived using the activation energy dependence on the internal stress. ⺠Equation of transient creep rate goes asymptotically to the steady state value. ⺠Only two parameters are needed: the decay strain and the scaled activation volume. ⺠The two parameters depend on stress and are independent of temperature. ⺠The model is successfully verified on high chromium steel and nickel superalloy.
