Abstract
⺠FIB shows the formation of surface oxide scales and internal micro-voids. ⺠Oxidation damage at 800 °C is much more severe than that at 700 °C and 750 °C. ⺠Cyclic stress enhances the extent of oxidation damage at 750 °C and above. ⺠Enrichment of Cr and Ti, as well as lower Ni and Co levels, in the surface oxides. ⺠Penetration of oxygen into the material and internal oxidation are evidenced.
