Abstract
⺠A Mg-2Dy-0.5Zn (at.%) alloy was prepared by extrusion and ageing treatment. ⺠This alloy exhibits the excellent tensile strengths at 300 °C, i.e., Ï0.2 = 245 MPa; Ïb = 260 MPa. ⺠The excellent strengths are attributed to the high volume fraction of LPSO phase.
