Abstract
â¶Superheat and cooling rate effect on solidification of Ni alloy was investigated. â¶The microstructure contains γ matrix, interdendritic γ/γâ², γâ², MC, η and Ï phases. â¶The Vf of Ï and η phases increases as the superheat increases. â¶The Vf of Ï and η phases increases as the solidification cooling rate decreases. â¶Highest cooling rate and lower superheat have the large Vf of interdendritic γ/γâ².
