Abstract
â¶ Constrained-die compression at â196 °C can reduce the grain size of Ti significantly. â¶ Combination of cryogenic CDC and brief annealing increases the strength of Ti. â¶ Deformability of Ti during CDC depends on the texture and the slip mode.
