Abstract
Pure aluminum was severely plastically deformed by miniaturized extrusion preceded ECAP. Isochronal annealing was performed in order to investigate the thermal stability of the material structure. Parameters of recovery and recrystallization processes, described by the simple model suggested, were evaluated by fitting the results of Vickers microhardness and electrical resistivity measurements with the least square method.
