Abstract
The influence of the specimen shape on the electrical resistivity measurements was investigated both theoretically, by means of finite element method modelling, and experimentally, by measuring electrical resistivity of samples of variable shapes. Precision of electrical resistivity measurements using a four-point method for samples of arbitrary shape was critically reviewed.
