Abstract
⺠Fluid dynamics in reproductive system was examined by fluorescein-dextran in hemocoel. ⺠Male grasshoppers sequester fluorescein-dextran first in apical end of each sperm tube. ⺠Female grasshoppers sequester fluorescein-dextran into vitellogenic oocytes. ⺠Observed transfer of hemolymph fluorescein-dextran from males to mated females. ⺠First report of the potential for inter-ovariole transfer in a panoistic ovary.
