Abstract
⺠We focus on the form and arrangement of cytoplasmic inclusions during different hosts from the Solanaceae family infections with Potato virus Y (strains PVY0 or PVYN Wi, PVYNTN). ⺠Ultrastructural analysis revealed virus inclusions not only in epidermis and mesophyll but also in both vascular tissues. ⺠Different forms of cytoplasmic inclusion was documented in phloem and xylem. ⺠Endoplasmic reticulum participates in synthesis and condensation of the PVY inclusions. ⺠Amorphous and nuclear inclusions were observed in compatible but was lacking in incompatible interaction.
