Abstract
⺠First study morphology and ultrastructure of alimentary canal in Japanese wax scale. ⺠Alimentary canal is characterized by uninterrupted type and developed filter chamber. ⺠Midgut was divided into segments by constrictions and lined with large epithelia. ⺠Malpighian tubules possess pores on outer surface and spherical crystals inside.
