Abstract
The terahertz propagation of magnetoplasmons in a metal film of finite width deposited on a magnetized semiconductor substrate (gyroelectric) and covered by a dielectric (isotropic) material was studied beyond the diffraction limit. The dispersion relation was numerically constructed by Method of Lines (MoLs). The nonreciprocal propagation and magnetooptic (MO) effects of magnetoplasmons were considered as a function of structural and material parameters which could be used for designing MO active optoelectronic devices based on nanoplasmonics.
