Abstract
⺠We study the laser-dressing of compositionally graded quantum wells. ⺠We introduce a new operatorial form of the laser parameter. ⺠Electrons of different subbands will see different confinement potentials. ⺠For non-graded structures a simplified form of the laser parameter may be used.
