Abstract
⺠Charge relaxation in double QDs due to Coulomb interaction was theoretically analyzed. ⺠Two stable relaxation regimes with significantly different relaxation rates were found. ⺠A time moment exists at which rapid switching between stable regimes occurs. ⺠We consider model to be applicable for the creation of active elements in electronics.
