Abstract
► Charge relaxation in double QDs due to Coulomb interaction was theoretically analyzed. ► Two stable relaxation regimes with significantly different relaxation rates were found. ► A time moment exists at which rapid switching between stable regimes occurs. ► We consider model to be applicable for the creation of active elements in electronics.
