Abstract
⺠Nd(Ni1/2Ti1/2)O3 ceramic is crystallized in monoclinic structure. ⺠The FTIR spectrum shows the more complicated structure than simple cubic perovskite structure. ⺠Activation energy is 0.365 eV. ⺠Hopping of charge carriers could be responsible for the dielectric relaxation.
