Abstract
⺠Transport properties of nitrogen-doped zigzag single-walled carbon nanotubes are studied. ⺠Transport properties strongly depend on the magnitude of energy gap of carbon nanotube. ⺠Large rectifying behavior occurs in the nitrogen-doped carbon nanotube with large energy gap.
