Abstract
⺠We report thermoelectric properties of Bi2âxSbxTeSe2 (x=0.8, 0.9, 1.0, 1.1, and 1.2). ⺠Higher Sb content leads to a change from n- to p-type between x=1.0 and 1.1. ⺠Thermoelectric efficiency ZT is maximized near the n-p crossover (x=1.1).
