Abstract
⺠The elastic and electronic properties of ZrB12 under pressure were studied by first-principles calculations. ⺠The electron-phonon coupling constant was calculated employing the McMillan equation. ⺠The electron-phonon coupling constant of ZrB12 decreases with pressure. ⺠The ZrB12 is a weak-coupled superconductor. ⺠The density of states at the Fermi level under pressure decreases.
