Abstract
⺠We model anharmonicity and vacancy from the same point of view. ⺠We calculate vacancy formation free energy for a triangular Lennard-Jones lattice. ⺠The concentration of vacancies show behavior similar to a three-dimensional case. ⺠Theoretical results are in good agreement with our Monte Carlo data.
