Abstract
⺠The characteristics of the potential barriers in the CCTO ceramics by dc measurements was investigated. ⺠The Schottky and Poole-Frenkel models were compared. ⺠CCTO ceramics have Schottky-type barriers. ⺠The width barrier is temperature-dependent in CCTO ceramics.
