Abstract
⺠We study dual top gated graphene field effect transistor. ⺠In quantum Hall regime, we observe fractionally quantized conductance plateaus. ⺠We discuss a model to understand such a quantization of conductance. ⺠Role of inhomogeneity is discussed.
